The debauched daily planner
Josh Ostrovsky , compared with Patrick Walsh
A day-planner page blocks out hours of partying and hedonism, then ends with a sober appointment to discuss 401K options with an accountant.
“"drugs and alcohol" … "crush pussy" … "meet with accountant to discuss 401K options."”

Walsh, a comedy and TV writer, made the planner joke image; a friend later saw it on the Fat Jew account without knowing Walsh made it. (paraphrase)

Context
When and where
Walsh posted the daily-planner joke on social media. In 2014 a friend showed him the same image on @thefatjewish's Instagram. Walsh says it was 'nearly identical' but with his name, handle, face and date removed.
What followed
Walsh publicly called it out in 2014 and spoke to Rolling Stone in 2015, when comics from Patton Oswalt to Kumail Nanjiani piled on after Ostrovsky signed with CAA. Ostrovsky said he "should have been providing attribution," and Comedy Central dropped a show it had in development with him.
